You’ll be participating in 1:1 training sessions using the CrossFit methodologies below to meet your specific goals.
In these 1:1 sessions, you'll have 100% of the trainers attention to guide you through. Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or elite competitive CrossFitter.
CrossFit is designed to be constantly varied, meaning everyday is different so you never get bored. All workouts are based on the core movements of life, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, rowing and more.
Our 1:1 sessions will follow a a planned progression roughly 60 minutes in duration and take you from warmup to cool down.
A Coach will guide you through warming up, followed by movement instruction, any strength work or skill sessions, the workout and a cool down. The coach will correct & cue any movements performed by you during the workout to ensure proper mechanics.
