Mock Olympic Lifting Meet (kinda).
Today you will have 3 one minute chances to lift as heavy as possible for both your Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Athletes will have 10 minutes to warm up for their snatch and pick a starting weight. Athletes will then lift one at a time, each with a minute to complete the lift. Multiple attempts in the minute are allowed. 3 rounds total for snatch. Athletes will then have 10 minutes to warm up for their clean & jerk and follow the same format.
We we will record your highest weight of each.
