CrossFit is group training. Classes are one hour long and ran by a coach. Each day has a specific workout that we call the “WOD” (workout of the day). The WOD is different everyday to keep your body guessing, and keep you from getting bored.

The WOD will utilize cardio, weightlifting, and gymnastics movements in different combinations each day. All of the movement we use are categorized as “functional fitness”. This means that our training is going to improve your fitness both inside AND outside the gym.  Whether its running a 5K, going for a hike, carrying heavy packages, or chasing after your kids, CrossFit will help you learn how to move better, stronger, and faster than ever.

On top of improving your daily life, functional fitness also reduces the risk of injury. We only use your bodies, joints, muscles, etc., in the way they are meant to be used. After all, fitness is supposed to make you fitter, not injured right? Our number one concern is the safety of our members. We take into account experience, age, previous injuries, and current fitness level to adjust the WOD to what will benefit you the most. Any movement can be scaled or modified per individual. This allows for us to run classes with a twenty-two year old football star working out next to a grandmother of five.

Our ultimate goal is to live a long, healthy, functional, fit life.  The best way to do that, is with CrossFit!
