Before you can begin group classes, you must complete our On-Ramp Program. On-Ramp consists of three classes which will introduce you to our most common movements. This beginners program is vital for new athletes to learn proper technique and movement mechanics, ensuring a higher level of safety and effectiveness. The On-Ramp program is required for all new participants who don’t have any prior CrossFit experience.
On-Ramp runs every week. Day 1: Monday 6:30pm, Day 2: Wednesday 6:30pm, Day 3: Friday 6:30pm. If these times don’t work for you please let us know and we will make arrangements.
On-Ramp is included in our “Beginner’s Membership”. This membership is good for up to 10 sessions in 2 weeks. This means, once you have completed your three On-Ramp classes, you can use the remaining seven to attend group classes. This will allow you to get a taste of how group classes are ran, and also start getting more familiar with the movements. The Beginner’s Membership is a one time fee of $75 and can be purchased online under “Attendance Packs”.
